Welcome Letter

Dear Friends, Family, and Community of Niagara Foundation,

It’s an honor to be the newest member of the team here at the Niagara Foundation as the Director of Communications and Member Relations. I’ve had the chance to volunteer with the Niagara Foundation in the past, which means I have already gotten the chance to know some of you in the community. Niagara has thoughtfully built this community for almost a decade. I am so excited to continue building and growing this organization as the Director of Communications and Member Relations.

I had many wonderful experiences as a volunteer. Everything from attending forums to annual events has led to my appreciation of the work the Niagara Foundation does to further interfaith dialogue and cultural exchange in Chicago and around the world.

I am excited to undertake the implementation of Niagara’s membership program and get to know this community even better. I am also looking forward to leading Niagara’s online content through the blog, social media, and our newsletter. Finally, I intend on finding new ways to reach out to our community and the media to spread Niagara’s mission and grow our programs.

My number one goal is to communicate with our community members as much as I possibly can. I aim to be open and available to take your questions, comments, and concerns as much as possible. I want you, as a reader of our newsletter and blog, follower of Niagara on Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin, and as an attendee or participant in one of our many fantastic programs, to feel as though I am there for you.

Please, feel free to email or call me at any time. I will take blog ideas or submissions gleefully and answer any questions you have as best I can. I can’t wait to hear from you.

Thank you,

Eleanor Peck, Director of Communications and Member Relations
