Congratulations, Morgan Visser!

Niagara Foundation is proud to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of our graduating Summer intern, Morgan Visser who was offered an internship with the British Embassy at the Consulate General in Chicago!

Morgan Visser is a junior at Loyola University Chicago pursuing a double major in History and International Studies and a triple minor in European Studies, Italian, and Peace Studies. At Loyola she is a part of the Interdisciplinary Honors Program and is also a member of the Honors Student Association. She will be studying abroad for the 2018 Spring Semester at Loyola’s John Felice Rome Center, where she looks forward to engaging her academic and personal interests. This summer, Morgan was a Public and Global Affairs intern for the Niagara Foundation. She gained valuable experience and knowledge through her work to develop the Niagara Forums. These events put a spotlight on important issues in Chicago and the US, and promoted a constructive dialogue through an intercultural and interfaith lens. Recently, Morgan was offered an internship with the British Embassy at the Consulate General in Chicago, where she will be a part of the Policy and Communications team. She is so thankful for her time at Niagara where she grew professionally and personally, and credits Niagara with providing the foundation that made her a strong candidate for her new position.

As for after graduation, Morgan has no set plans at this time.
As someone who studies the world, she understands that there are endless possibilities and that she may discover an opportunity that she never could have imagined. She looks forward to what the future will bring.

Once again, CONGRATULATIONS, MORGAN! Your Niagara family wishes you the best in all of your future endeavors!
