Observing a Middle Eastern tradition that celebrates the landing of Noah’s Ark, we organize a series of events that consist of preparation, distribution and promotion of a dessert called Noah’s Pudding.
Most recently, our volunteers were the guests of the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church on Jan. 11, 2009. After a brief speech by Mr. Yasir Bilgin, the Director of Niagara Foundation-Michigan, the puddings were served.
