Transatlantic Relations: An Outdated Friendship? with Hon. Thomas Schnoell, Consul General of Austria in Chicago

Consul-General Thomas Schnoell speaks about the strained relationship between the United States and European Union since the U.S. led invasion of Iraq in 2003.
