Gulen back in good health

We are happy to report that the honorary president of the Niagara Foundation, Fethullah Gulen, is in good health after he was taken to a hospital for 12 hours last Sunday, Oct. 20th. Mr. Gulen was under medical observation after suffering from arrhythmia, a heart rhythm abnormality caused by the onset of high blood pressure.

Mr. Gulen is a well-known Turkish Islamic scholar. He has inspired the people of the international Hizmet movement to promote understanding and tolerance between cultures through education as well as intercultural and interfaith dialogue.

Mr. Gulen has written nearly 70 books and his works have been translated into many languages. Gulen currently resides in Pennsylvania due to his health problems.
