Sharing the Faith-Sukkot

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT

Congregation Etz Chaim and Niagara Foundation warmly invite you to celebrate Sukkot with the synagogue’s 4th “Annual Schmoozin’ in the Sukkah” event.
As crops ripen and leaves begin to turn, Jewish communities in Chicago and all around the world prepare to celebrate the harvest festival of Sukkot. Join Niagara Foundation and our Sharing the Faith partners in exploring this joyous holiday of gathering and gratitude. The best way to learn is to go straight to the source!

Sharing the Faith is an educational program offering opportunities for the larger Chicago community to learn about Judaism, Christianity, and Islam during their respective sacred seasons. By collaborating with local parishes, congregations, and communities, Niagara offers programs that are nourishing for both the respective community and for a larger interfaith  audience. Our goal: to increase understanding of each of the Abrahamic faiths, create safe spaces/experiences for reflection, and respectfully showcase each tradition in its unique Chicago flavor.
