Ambassador Javier Ruperez is retiring from his position as Consul General of Spain & Hon. Gustavo Martino is leaving his post as the Consul General of Argentina in Chicago because he is now appointed as the Ambassador of Argentina to China. To mark this great occasion, Niagara Foundation would like to host a farewell reception for their honor at its office in downtown Chicago. Date:
