The Changing Media Environment

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

Niagara Foundation  is organizing a remarkable Niagara Forum with Dave Edwards, Director and General Manager of Milwaukee Public Radio. The topic is entitled “The Changing Media Environment”

“Not that long ago, people had a morning and afternoon newspaper delivered to their home each day and then gathered in front of the TV each night to watch Walter Cronkite.  Now  the Internet has created a 24/7 appetite for news.  Newspapers are in trouble and opinion is often infused within the news.  Dave Edwards, General Manager of WUWM MILWAUKEE PUBLIC RADIO will discuss the impact of these changes on an informed democracy.”

We would like to cordially extend this invitation to you.  There will be refreshments served following the presentation. We look forward to seeing you there.

Date : Wednesday, November 20th, 2013

Venue: 6011 S 27th street, Greenfield, WI, 53221
