Turkey Today with Fatih Yildiz, Consul General, The Republic of Turkey

Upon graduating from Middle East Technical University in Ankara (1994), Mr. Fatih Yıldız joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) where he served as Attache to the Deputy Directorate for Balkan Affairs from ’94-’97. He has since served various posts including the Turkish Embassy in Sarajevo, the Permanent Delegation of Turkey to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the and the Turkish Embassy in Washington, D.C. In September 2010, Mr. Yidiz took the honorable position as Consul General of Turkey in Chicago where he currently lives with his wife and daughter.
