U.S. Representative Danny Davis (D-IL) speaks about the early history of African Americans and the current political and economic environments in the U.S. While Americans have more opportunities now than ever before, the recent economic downtown and technological advances in industries have left many people unemployed.
Rep. Davis suggests Americans must be educated with skills relevant to our high tech economy. He is optimistic about Chicago’s future, but he says we are in for challenging times.
