Ms. Saper grew up in a Jewish home in Tehran, Iran, to an Iranian father and English mother. During the late 1970’s, she witnessed and lived through the civil uprising that rapidly swept through the country in revolutionary Iran. After she left Iran, she graduated (Summa Cum Laude) from Northeastern Illinois University.
